The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. Even though the rooms could benefit from a refresh, they were notably clean and well-maintained.

The room was clean and cool when I arrived. It’s super convenient to explore nearby spots like Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine and Rockin' Raceway Arcade, both less than 500 meters away, making this a great base for weekend adventures.

The location of Park Tower Inn is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff was courteous and responsive, quickly addressing my needs during my business stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax after a long day of work.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the heated indoor pool and cozy fire pit area for some relaxation. The amenities were great for unwinding after a day out, but the ice machine was out of order during our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, just keep an eye on the machines! 😊

Outdated decor, cold pool temperatures!!! The overwhelming air freshener in the hallways and atrium was hard to ignore!!! Maintenance clearly needs more attention, especially with the broken elevator!!!

It was an ideal choice for a holiday in Pigeon Forge with good value considering the price charged. I liked that the staff assured me my room would be ready early for my elderly mother but didn't follow through. Make sure to confirm details with the front desk directly when checking in.
